Plymouth Directions

A38 connects the city to M5 motorway which starts about 40 miles (64.4 km), east near Exeter. Across east west of the city runs the A38 Parkway.

The main bus operator for travel with in the city and nearby is First Group. Plymouth City Bus provides bus services to suburban areas. The services to the nearby cities are also provided by Stagecoach Devon and Western Greyhound. Long distance coach services to London and many parts of the UK are provided by National Express and other operators.

The Plymouth airport is located approximately four miles from the centre of Plymouth.

Brittany ferries operate ferry service between (1) Plymouth and Santander, (2) Plymouth and Roscoff.
