Halifax Directions

The A6036 connects Halifax with Bradford in the North-east. The A629 coming from Yorkshire Dales in the North, links the town with the motorway M62. The A656 connects it with Burnley and the M65, towards the West.

First Calderdale & Huddersfield operate most of the services in Halifax, while Arriva Yorkshire West links the town with nearby towns as well. Other bus operators in the town include T.J. Walsh (Also known as The Halifax Bus Company) and Halifax Joint Committee. National Express runs long distance services.
