Transport
The A2 connects Dover to the M2 and passes from the south of Canterbury. A290 which joins Whitstable to Canterbury is connected to A299 which further joins the M2 to the west. A28 connects Canterbury to the south towns like Ashford. To the east of Canterbury is Deal which linked to the city by the A257.
