Problems or Complains about the holiday cottage or self catering accommodation
holiday cottage owners and self catering accommodation booking agencies do everything possible to ensure you have an enjoyable stay, but occasionally things go wrong. We hope you don't have any problems with your holiday cottage or self catering accommodation but if you have a problem or some cause for complaint during your holiday please contact the owner or key holder immediately it arises. The owners or caretakers will always do their best to resolve these minor problems before they can spoil your holiday but, obviously, they cannot do that if you do not tell them that there is problem.
If satisfaction cannot be obtained the holiday cottage owner then report the matter at once to the self catering accommodation booking agency, so that an investigation can be carried out and corrective action be taken, if required. Any problem must be reported immediately, as you will appreciate that complaints made after your occupancy cannot be entertained.
