Receiving a booking confirmation for your holiday cottages or self catering accommodation
Your online booking for the holiday cottages or self catering accommodation will be confirmed by the holiday cottage owner or self catering accommodation booking agency to let you know that the property is available and that it has been reserved for you. Holiday cottage owners and self catering accommodation booking agencies will normally acknowledge availability and booking within 48 hours. You will be asked to send a payment, which may be a deposit or the full amount. On receipt this payment the holiday cottage owner or self catering accommodation booking agency will send your booking confirmation and other documents to you, usually within 7-10 working days.
The information will include the name and phone number of your holiday contact, and will tell you when you must pay the remaining cost of your holiday, if applicable.
Travel directions and instructions on how to get to your cottage, arrangements for obtaining the keys and other special information will be sent to you once full payment has been received.
