The Dairy Holiday Cottage is in the delightful rural countryside on the edge of the old picturesque village of Endon. The beautifully converted former Dairy sleeps 4 people and offers everything you need for a truly relaxing holiday, situated just 1.7 miles from The Ashes wedding venue in Endon village. The good sized accommodation offers character with exposed beams, an excellent equipped kitchen, dining and living area. There are two bedrooms one double with en-suite and a twin room next to the main bathroom. Outside there is a garden where you can enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Parking is at the front of the cottage and outside shelter available for bikes.
We are on the edge of one of the UK's national treasures, the Peak District with perfect walks and historical towns. There is plenty do and the cottage provides an ideal base for exploring many local attractions including Rudyard Lake, Churnet Valley with its Steam Railway and network of canals, and the popular Alton Towers.

Endon is a village within the Staffordshire Moorlands district of Staffordshire, England. It is 4 miles southwest of Leek and 6 miles north-northeast of Stoke-on-Trent.
The village is one of only a few outside Derbyshire which practices the ancient custom of Well dressing. A weekend fair accompanies the dressing of the well at which a local girl is crowned as the Well Dressing Queen. The fair also includes a contest called "Tossing the Sheaf" where local men compete to see who can toss a bale of straw the highest over a raised bar. The fair is known for bringing the entire village together which is a rare occasion for most modern villages.
So whether it's a simple relaxing holiday you are looking for or a more active one, or attending a Wedding at The Ashes, or perhaps a round of golf or two, we and the surrounding area have it all to offer, making our cottage the ideal year round destination for all types of holidaymaker.
