Afallon is a fabulous, Grade II listed town house in the harbour town of Porthmadog, with beautiful views of the town and estuary, all the way to the domineering mountains in the distance. The property has three bedrooms; a double room with an en-suite shower room, a room with twin beds and a single, along with a bathroom with a separate shower and a double-ended Jacuzzi bath. There is also a kitchen with an AGA and a sitting area, a dining room with a gas fire set into an inglenook fireplace, and a sitting room with a window seat and a multi-fuel stove. There is first come, first served roadside parking outside and an enclosed courtyard with furniture to the front of the property. To the rear is an enclosed tiered garden set over two levels, the second reached by 25 steps in total, with a lawn and seating. With the amenities of the town a short walk away, and lots to see and do nearby, Afallon is the perfect base for friends and families.
