Broomfield is a cottage that has been lovingly converted from an old barn near to the North Yorks Moors village of Great Ayton, near to the market town of Guisborough. The cottage contains three bedrooms consisting of two doubles and one twin which with the addition of a wet room bathroom, making it suitable for six people. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. To the outside is a communal courtyard with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, as well as off road parking for three cars. With its two neighbouring cottages, Broomfield can accommodate up to twelve people, making this a fabulous cottage for a large family to use as a base for exploring this wonderful region.
