Cobblestone Barn is a delightful detached barn conversion set next to the owner's home in the village of Melmerby, ten miles from Penrith. This cottage, set over three floors sleeps five people in three bedrooms, consisting of one lower ground floor double, one lower ground floor twin and a ground floor 4ft double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, as well as a separate family lower ground floor bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with multi-fuel stove and a first floor mezzanine sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for three cars, a patio with furniture and shared use of an orchard. Cobblestone Barn is an ideal base for visiting the many attractions in the area.
