St Davids is a wonderfully spacious, detached coastal family home, overlooking the picturesque Solent, just a short walk from Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight. Also in the property is a kitchen with a range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and a spacious dining area, a first floor sitting room with a 4K Smart TV featuring Netflix and Amazon as well as a conservatory. Outside there is off road parking for three cars, a south facing garden with patio area, outdoor furniture and a barbecue. St Davids is a ten minute walk along the sea front to the town of Yarmouth and makes a wonderful base for your holiday on the beautiful Isle of Wight.
