Winterhope Cottage is a detached, single-storey cottage, located in the grounds of the owner's working livestock farm, 11 miles from Lockerbie in Dumfries and Galloway. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms - one king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, one double and one twin. There is also a bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. The open plan living area comprises a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. There is also a utility room housing the washing machine. Outside, guests have use of a rear lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ, along with a fabulous hot tub. Off road parking is available for three cars. With wonderful scenic walking on the doorstep and the amenities of Longholm and Lockerbie within easy reach, Winterhope Cottage makes a great base for a year-round holiday in this lovely part of Scotland.
