Luscinia is an end-terrace on a quiet lane in the pretty village of Brynrefail, three miles from Llanberis. It sleeps three people in two bedrooms, a double and a single and on the first floor there is a basin and a WC and on the ground floor there is a bathroom. Also on the ground floor is a sitting room with an electric woodburner-effect stove and a kitchen with a dining area. Outside there is an enclosed patio to the front and a patio to the side also, both with furniture, as well as off road parking. Luscinia is a pet-friendly property and with the village surrounded by countryside and situated right on the doorstep of the Snowdonia National Park, it would certainly appeal to keen walkers and outdoor pursuit enthusiasts, providing the perfect base for a couple, two friends or a small family wishing to spend some quality time together exploring wonderful North Wales.
