Victoria House is a spacious apartment set over two floors above a sweet shop in the vibrant fishing village of Staithes. This lovely property sleeps nine people in four second floor bedrooms, one a super king-size four poster double, two doubles and a family room with a double and a single. There is also a basin and WC on the first floor, as well as a family bathroom on the second floor. Downstairs on the first floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room with a woodburning stove, a games room with a pool table and a sitting room with an open fire. Just a short stroll away is the picturesque Staithes harbour, as well as numerous shops, pubs and restaurants. Whitby, one of Britain?s best-loved seaside towns is just a short drive away and hosts the Whitby Goth Weekend twice a year. Inland you?ll find the fabulous North York Moors National Park just waiting to be explored, either on foot or by the superb Yorkshire Moors Railway, with eighteen miles of stunning scenery. A great base for all the family, Victoria House is the perfect accommodation for a memorable holiday.
