There is a ground floor double bedroom, a mezzanine twin bedroom (no children under 12), a ground floor shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas fire. Outside there is off road parking for one car, a shared garden, a shared private beach 500 yards away and a shared picnic area, dog exercise field and playground. Round Barn is an ideal base.
