Head to the harbour to watch the boats come and go or enjoy a delicious meal in the local gastro pub. Or walk a further minute to reach the RSPB nature reserve where wonderful walks can be enjoyed. The front door of this cottage opens into the family lounge which is bursting with country charm. Comfortable sofas sit at either side of the room with a quirky storage trunk coffee table in the centre while a woodburner sits in an original fireplace and large sash windows line the walls. Step through the hallway with plenty of space for walking boots past a downstairs shower room with large walk in shower WC basin and large mirror to reach the open-plan kitchen/diner. This magnificent space is made all the more spacious by bi-folding doors that open onto the patio extending the dining space and welcoming the outside in. This farmhouse style room features a dining table and chairs an electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer washing machine and cafetiere. Upstairs the first bedroom features a king-size and an additional trundle bed for a small child if needed. The second bedroom has a double and is light and airy. Sofa bed available at an additional cost. The bi-folding doors connect the spacious kitchen with an enclosed decked garden. Here you ll find a charcoal BBQ and outside seating for al fresco meals while a timber clad building at the far end of the deck houses a table football table darts board and selection of children s beach games. There is an additional enclosed garden at the front of the house with a bistro table and chairs for enjoying morning coffees or evening drinks.
