The bustling town of Rye is just two and a half miles away where you can find antiques fresh seafood and crafts while the soft golden sand at Camber is close by too. Enter the cottage into a small hallway where you can leave shoes and boots before continuing through to the enchanting lounge area. With wooden floors and two open fires this is a cosy space in which to relax in both summer and winter and delve into one of the many books on the wooden bookcases. Next door you ll find the rustic style kitchen which has an electric oven and hob slimline dishwasher fridge/freezer washing machine microwave and cafetiere. This room is light and airy thanks to double doors that open into a sunny garden room beyond where you can enjoy meals overlooking the garden. Upstairs the first bedroom has a double bed wooden floors a wardrobe chest of drawers and feature fireplace. The second bedroom is full of coastal charm and has a single bed with pull-out trundle bed alongside perfect for children. The bathroom is similarly coastal and fresh with wooden floors and shower over bath. The garden room opens out to a pretty patio area with table and chairs the perfect spot to enjoy a summer BBQ overlooking the lawn beyond.
