The Wardroom is a very comfortable first floor apartment within an attractive 16th Century building in the heart of Dartmouth. The apartment retains many of its original features with polished wooden floors, high ceilings, stained glass windows and feature fireplaces in most rooms. N.B. Please note that this property is only suitable for children over the age of 12.

LOCATION The Wardroom is located in the very centre of historic Dartmouth, close to all pubs, restaurants, boutiques and galleries, and 100 yard walk of the River Dart. The Start Bay coastline can be reached quickly and easily by car with Blackpool Sands beach just 4 miles away.

ENTRANCE The property is accessed from street level via a flight of stairs leads up to the first floor entrance. All the rooms lead off a central hallway.

SITTING ROOM To the front of the property is a light and spacious sitting room with two double sofas, feature fireplace, widescreen TV,DVD player and occasional furniture.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A good sized kitchen/dining room has modern beech units, 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and microwave. Dining table with four chairs.

BEDROOMS Two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double handmade oak bed, wardrobe and drawers. The second bedroom has a large oak bed and wardrobe. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided.

BATHROOM A large bathroom with bath, hand held shower, overhead Victorian-style shower, w.c, wash-hand basin and radiator.

PARKING A parking pass for the Mayors Avenue car park is available with this property.

OTHER INFORMATION This property has wooden floors and has gas fired central heating and hot water. Please note this property does not accept children under the age of 12.
