Little Hillside is a cosy terrace cottage, furnished and presented to a very good standard throughout, and within quick and easy reach of Dartmouth town centre.  The accommodation is divided over three floors and is perhaps best suited to one couple or families with younger children.  The cottage has been significantly refurbished in recent years and fully furnished in preparation for the 2013 season.

LOCATION The cottage is in Lake Street, just a few yards level walk from the towns' restaurants, cafes, boutiques and delightful embankment.

ENTRANCE The entrance door opens directly into the ground floor lobby, with access to the family bathroom and open stairs leading up to the first floor.

KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM On the first floor is a very tastefully furnished and decorated open-plan living area. The galley kitchen has a four-ring induction hob, electric oven, fridge and contemporary fitted units, whilst for dining there is a modern glass table with four chairs.  The sitting area has a double sofa, chair, mirror-topped desk, TV, DVD player and telephone.  Stairs lead up to the second floor.

BEDROOMS Two, both on the second floor.  A double room has a bed, bedside unit, drawers, hanging space and fitted cupboard, whilst a cosy twin has a single bed (plus additional 'pop-up' single as required), bedside unit, TV and Playstation.  N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen and towels are supplied.

BATH/SHOWER ROOMS A fully tiled family bathroom (on the ground floor) has a bath, hand-held shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail, whilst on the second floor there is a small shower room with shower cubicle, w.c. , wash-hand basin and heated towel rail.

PARKING A garage is available for one small/medium sized car (W: 6'6", D: 13', H: 6'3" approx.) - the garage also houses a washing machine and a freezer.

 DART MARINA SPA MEMBERSHIP Guests can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxation areas. Please check directly with the Spa for opening times and for restrictions on when children can use the pool. Beauty treatments from Elemis are available, which should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment, with 10% off for those staying at Little Hillside.  Please check details with the office.
