KITCHEN/DINING AREA Open plan with electric fan oven and grill, fridge/freezer, radio, table and chairs.

LOUNGE Comfortable seating, TV and electric feature fire.

CLOAKROOM Washing machine and w.c.

BEDROOMS Two: one with two 3' beds and one with two 3' bunk beds.

N.B.
