Wordsworth Cottage is a splendid bolthole to escape to with your family for a seasonal break. All year round there are lots of activities to entertain you in the Peak District region. The comfortable open plan lounge/ kitchen/ diner area is equipped with all the essentials you require for a satisfyingly well-fed self-catering holiday. Well designed and modern the three bedrooms at the property all have zip-and-link beds which can be made into either doubles or twin upon request. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite wetroom with a WC. Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms one with a double bed and en-suite shower room with WC and one bedroom with two single beds en-suite shower room and a WC. A visit to the Peak District is guaranteed to be a memorable with so much to marvel at and get involved in. Nearby Matlock can be easily reached from Bronte Cottage and boasts charming architecture shops and plenty of welcoming pubs and restaurants for you to take a break at in-between exploring. Other fantastic attractions within a short drive include The Heights of Abraham Stanage Edge Carsington Watersports Gullivers Kingdon and the Blue John Mines to name a few. A local farm shop is only a mile away from the property and great for picking up some tasty treats and essentials. All guests are welcome to explore and enjoy 10 acres of communal grounds and lakes with picnic benches spread across the site outside that are great for a spot of alfresco dining too.
