The cottage is approached via a steep country lane and nestles at the end of a pretty private drive yet it is conveniently located from the A390. Within a few minutes walk of the cottage is The Luxulyan Valley a walkers paradise with its public paths and woodland treks to explore. The beach at Par is 10 minutes by car and leads to several other sandy beaches and secluded coves. You will be ideally based for exploring the whole area with The Eden Project a 10 minute drive the beautiful harbours of Charlestown and Mevagissey the market town of St Austell Lost Gardens of Heligan and numerous National Trust properties and gardens all within easy reach. The cottage has a unique layout and is approached via many external steps. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: on the first floor and approached via steep cottage style stairs is 1 double with valley views with en-suite shower room and WC. 1 twin and 1 double. Bathroom: ground floor shower room with WC (just off the utility room) Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV and DVD on the ground floor. Snug: second small reading lounge. Kitchen/diner: offering valley views from the decked balcony accessed via French doors. Electric range oven and hob microwave dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Utility room: with washing machine. Outside: accessed via external stone steps is a tiered garden with a small raised pond (care to be taken with children) lawn area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking.
