Barn, The
The Barn is an attractive barn conversion on the owners' land, in a rural location six miles from Builth Wells. The cottage sleeps six people and has a double with en-suite upstairs, and a further double, adult bunks and bathroom on the ground floor. The ground floor also offers a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room, while upstairs is a mezzanine with a low double divan bed, and a reading room leading to a balcony with steps down to the garden. Outside is off road parking for two cars, and a dedicated garden area with stream, pond and furniture. The Barn has walks from the door, and is a wonderful base for the Mid Wales countryside.

Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor double, 1 x ground floor adult bunks. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area, leading to sitting room (seats 5). Utility. First floor mezzanine sitting area (seats 2) with low double divan bed, leading to first floor reading room (seats 4) with balcony and steps to garden.
