The cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms - one super king-size double with en-suite bath, separate shower, basin and WC and three super king-size doubles which are zip and link, meaning they can be made up as twins if desired. The property also contains a bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC, and a wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. The living accommodation consists of a fitted kitchen with dining area, utility room, sitting room and large conservatory with French doors to the rear patio. Outside is ample off road parking, along with a lawned garden to the front and side with furniture and BBQ. With the amenities of Swinton just a mile away, with footpath access, and with a number of Borders towns and villages to discover within easy reach, Gerrick Cottage makes a great Borders cottage for a group of family or friends.
