PRETTY COTTAGE JUST A SHORT DRIVE FROM THE NORTH CORNWALL COAST SLEEPS 2 1 This delightful property has been lovingly decorated to provide a perfect romantic retreat for couples wanting a relaxing getaway. Adjoining the main farmhouse in a rural setting offering woodland walks a warm welcome awaits but also your privacy and seclusion are assured. Conveniently located just off the A3072 a great spot from which to tour North Devon and Cornwall renowned for an abundance of secluded coves sandy beaches and picturesque villages such as Clovelly . The popular seaside town of Bude is only a few miles away and provides a wide range of amenities with something to suit everyone including shops pubs beaches a leisure centre golf course boating canal and hosts the annual folk and jazz festivals. Other attractions within easy reach include Tamar Lakes which provides a wealth of water sports superb fishing and some great walks R.H.S. Rosemoor Gardens and the Dartington Crystal factory. The Eden Project is one hour s drive and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are slightly further away. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom on the first floor: a romantic king-size with TV shower cubicle and hand basin. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge/kitchen: open-plan with TV/DVD. Kitchen area: withc complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge range electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer and dishwasher. Dining area: adjacent to the lounge/kitchen with large picture window looking down the lane. Snug: cosy space with TV/DVD can be converted to a small bedroom on request (suitable for a child only sleeping in a z bed) on the first floor adjacent to the bedroom. Outside: small patio area with table and chairs directly outside the property and access to the owners 2.5 acres of land of meadow and woodland leading down to the River Tamar where fishing is free for guests. The owners also have free range chickens. Amenities: private parking for 1 car in front of the property. Bed linen towels bathrobes electric central heating (underfloor heating on the ground floor) and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking inside the property. 2 dogs welcome which must be kept on a lead around the property. Additional info: regret no washing machine. Storage available for bikes and surfboards if required. Guests will find a welcome basket in the cottage which also contains freshly laid free range eggs from Tamarstone Farms own chickens and a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge. On arrival at Little Tamarstone guests are also served a welcome pot of tea and home baked cake. The adjacent field offers camping pitches during the summer school holidays by private arrangement. Location: choice of sandy beaches at Bude 5 miles pub 2 miles and selection of pubs shops and restaurants in Holsworthy 3 miles.
