Relax on the patio and terraced garden area all with excellent views and see the many ships and boats sailing from Plymouth Sound. Venture further afield and explore Plymouth with its Hoe and Barbican high street shops theatre and other leisure facilities. Torbay is popular with bathers and other attractions well worth a visit include Dartmoor with its scenery and wildlife River Dart Country Park Paignton Zoo Buckfast Abbey Crealy Devon and much more. The historic accommodation is approached via a long private road and is formerly two cottages made into one and accessed via a number of steps leading up to the property offering FOUR bedrooms: 1 double with sea view feature en-suite bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. 1 further double with sea view 1 twin with sea view and 1 bunk bedroom. All bedrooms have TV s with freeview. Shower room: with WC. Lounge: with sea views from both aspects 3D Sky TV DVD Sky package and double sided woodburner that can be enjoyed in both the lounge and the kitchen/diner. Kitchen/diner: fabulous room with slate floor Range cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washer/dryer and Durnic blender. Breakfast bar and dining area.
