KITCHEN/SITTING ROOM A newly refurbished open-plan living space presented to a very good standard. The kitchen area has modern fitted units, oak worktops, electric cooker, fridge (with freezer compartment) and microwave (N.B. A washing machine is housed in a cupboard opposite the apartment entrance). The worktop extends on one side to provide a glass breakfast bar/table with three stools for dining, there is also a dining table with 4 chairs. The sitting area has two comfortable sofas (one leather), flatscreen smart TV, DVD player and electric heater.
BEDROOMS Two. A spacious double bedroom with metal-framed double bed, bedside units, built-in-wardrobes, chest of drawers and electric heater. There is also a single room with 3' bed, chest of drawers and hooks for hanging. All duvets, linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
BATHROOM A mostly tiled bathroom with (small) bath, electric power shower (over), wash hand-basin, w.c. and electric heater.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Include travel cot, stair gates, bed guard, baby bath, plastic crockery and cutlery and a play mat.
PARKING *A seasonal parking pass is provided for the Mayors Avenue car park from 28th March 2014 for 6 months.
