This charming cottage is situated on a quiet road in the fishing village of Garlieston. A short walk of 200 yards takes you to the sea front and the beauty of Garlieston Bay, from which you can walk along the coast in either direction with beaches and gardens to visit. There is a choice of 9 hole or 18 hole golf courses within easy reach and magnificent mountain biking and good walking tracks in Kirroughtree Forest near Newton Stewart.

Accommodation consists of 1 double with ensuite toilet and washbasin and 1 twin room. Downstairs there is a sitting room with TV and DVD player, Dining room with TV adjoining to the kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine. A clothes drier is in a shed out side. Heating is by electricity and is included in the price. Outside is a good size dog proof garden with a garden shed and cabin with garden furniture. Pets Welcome.
