LOCATION Avon Quillet is a development of apartments just 1/3 mile or so from the popular coastal village of Bigbury-on-Sea with its expansive sandy beaches, beachside cafe, shop and post office. The South West Coast Path is within easy reach for stunning local walks, whilst the famous sea tractor is available for trips to/from Burgh Island at high tide.

ENTRANCE/HALLWAY From the ground floor entrance a flight of stairs lead up to the living accommodation at first floor level.

KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM A bright and spacious open-plan room with wonderful views and door out to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a four-ring hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, whilst the adjacent dining area has a round wooden table and four chairs. The sitting room has a large L-shaped sofa, flatscreen Samsung Smart TV and BluRay player.

BEDROOMS Three in total. The main bedroom has superb sea views, a King-size double bed, bedside units, fitted wardrobe, drawers and storage chest. The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside unit and drawers. The third bedroom is a bunk bedded room for younger children only. N.B. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided.

BATHROOM A fully tiled bathroom has a corner spa bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE A good-sized balcony with wooden table and chairs is the ideal place to enjoy the views and watch the sun go down.

PARKING One allocated parking space (adjacent to the entrance door) plus visitors bays.

OTHER INFORMATION Heating is via electric storage heaters and immersion for hot water. Wireless broadband internet available. Strictly no pets or smoking permitted.
