Sleeping five people the cottage has three bedrooms - two doubles (one with en-suite shower room) and one single. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC, while the living accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars, along with a lockable garage. Guests also have a lawned garden to the rear with decked area, furniture and BBQ. With golf courses and beaches within easy reach, 11 Pentland Park makes a great base for a family holiday in Fife.

The village of Kennoway is located in Fife and has a shop and tavern serving home-cooked food. The East Neuk villages of Elie, Anstruther and Crail are an easy drive away along pretty coastline, while St Andrews is also within easy driving distance, home to its famous golf course.

From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
