Rose Patch Cottage is a spacious, semi-detached cottage located in the centre of the popular town of Keswick in The Lake District, and offers accommodation over three floors. The cottage can sleep eleven people in five bedrooms comprising three first floor double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower, basin and WC, and two with basin, one second floor family bedroom with double bed, single bed and en-suite shower, basin and WC, and one second floor twin bedroom. There is also a main bathroom on the first floor with bath, basin and WC. On the ground floor, the accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen, sitting room with gas stove, a dining room and a cloakroom with WC and basin. Outside the cottage, guests have access to a front gravelled terrace with two 6-seater picnic benches. Rose Patch Cottage is ideally located for all the amenities of Keswick, beautiful Derwentwater which offers boat trips, and wonderful walks.

Parking permits provided for 3 cars in car parks approx. 200 yards from cottage, additional parking available in car park at cost. Front gravelled terrace with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Note: Parking permits provided, but are chargeable if lost.

The town of Keswick in the north of the Lake District boasts a variety of shops and restaurants, as well as excellent parks, miniature golf and the famous Theatre by the Lake. The beautiful lake of Derwentwater at the head of the Borrowdale Valley is only a short walk from the town centre. There is great walking available for all abilities, including gentle countryside strolls or more adventurous walks up Skiddaw, Cat Bells, Maiden Moor, Grisdale Pike and Causey Pike. Castlerigg Stone Circle and Jennings Brewery are also within easy reach.

Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

The cottage was very comfortable and conveniently located in the town. Easy access and close to all amenities.
