Corndavon Cottage is a single-storey timber clad lodge in the grounds of a hunting lodge in Glengairn, six miles from Ballater. The cottage has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed, multi-fuel stove and doors to a decked area. Outside is off road parking and a shared lawned garden area. Corndavon Cottage is ideally placed for enjoying Royal Deeside, including Balmoral Castle, Aberdeen or the Cairngorms National Park centres of Grantown-on-Spey or Aviemore.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Decked area with furniture, shared lawned garden. Free trout fishing (between March and October, restrictions apply) in river 2 mins from cottage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 6 miles. Note: Properties are next to a fenced river, therefore children must be supervised at all times. Note: There is poor mobile phone coverage in the area, with the exception of O2 and EE. The village of Ballater in Royal Deeside is an elegant place with a selection of shops and tea rooms, close to Balmoral Castle. Excellent base for outdoor pursuits or visiting beautiful Royal Deeside.

From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
