Sit and enjoy views up and down the river or watch the passing sail and motor boats. You can take a walk or hire a self-drive day cruiser fish from the river s edge or simply watch the wildlife. Close by is Potter Heigham with shops and places to eat.Visit Winterton-on-Sea and walk to see the seals. Attractions include Thrigby Hall Bewilderwood and Africa Alive. Norwich has shops museums a Castle cathedrals shopping and many restaurants to visit. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double 1 twin with restricted head height and 1 double on the ground floor. Bathroom: with bath separate shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV/DVD. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Outside: veranda with seating and lawn area with garden furniture BBQ and direct access to the river. Amenities: parking is available off-road by permit which is provided (200 yards away). A second car parking permit can be provided. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included.
