Upstairs is an open plan living area leading to a balcony. Outside is a patio with private hot tub, and shared use of the estate grounds, including swimming pools and tennis courts in season. There is off road parking for two cars. 33 Valley Lodge is well placed for enjoying both Devon and Cornwall, the moors of Bodmin and Dartmoor, or the Tamar Valley.
