The property is single storey, with a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and two twin rooms. The bathroom has a bath, shower over, basin and WC. There is a kitchen and utility, and a sitting room with dining area and electric fire. Outside is off road parking for two cars, a shared lawn and a balcony with furniture. The property is accessed by 5 small steps. Guests have use of the facilities on the village, including an indoor swimming pool, steam room, gym and restaurant (some charges may apply). Gressingham Twenty Four is ideal for relaxing on site or heading into the Lakes to explore the beautiful scenery and quaint villages.

Situated just a couple of miles from Carnforth on the border of the Southern Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales is the South Lakeland Leisure Village. Built in a former quarry, the South Lakeland Leisure Village provides top quality accommodation in the form of Scandinavian Log Cabins and is set around a large lake over 10 acres of land. The 17th Century farmhouse serves as the main club and provides a variety of facilities including an indoor swimming pool, gym and steam room. There is also an onsite Tapas bar, Italian restaurant and bar. However, the pretty villages that surround the resort also offer a number of traditional pubs.
