Badger's Lodge is an attractive, stone-built, detached cottage, located in a gated village, within a 450 acre nature reserve, by the Cotswold Water Park in the heart of the Cotswolds. The cottage can sleep four people in three bedrooms - one double with en-suite bathroom and two singles. On the ground floor there is an additional basin/WC. The living accommodation consists of a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with dining area, woodburning stove and doors out to the rear decked area and lawned garden, which has a stream, furniture and a BBQ. Also outside are a number of on-site facilities including a seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, children's play area, fishing lake and a water park close by offering water sports. There is off road parking outside the cottage for one car, with further parking on site. With a number of activities on site to keep everyone entertained, and delightful Cotswold towns and villages within easy reach, Badger's Lodge is a great base for a family cottage holiday in the Cotswolds.

Electric central heating with woodburning stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, CD player, selection of books, games, DVDs and toys. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own towels for pool). Travel cot available. Off road parking outside cottage for 1 car, further parking on site. Lawned garden to side and rear with decked area, furniture and BBQ. Free unrestricted use of Mill Village facilities including outdoor heated swimming pool (Easter - September inclusive), sauna, steam room, tennis court, children's play area, trout and coarse fishing (not available May 12th - June 1st inclusive) and sailing (end of March to October inclusive). Further watersports and coarse fishing at the Cotswold Water Park, available at extra charge and bookable in advance. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 1 mile. Note: A stream runs through the garden - ensure children are supervised. Note: All guests staying at Lower Mill Estate Village will be required to sign a code of conduct form.

The Cotswold Water Park is located in the heart of the Cotswolds, covering 40 square miles and made up of over 140 lakes. It's Britain's largest water park and offers fishing, boating, fishing, golf, tennis, walking and cycling among many other activities. There is also a nature reserve to explore. Many Cotswold towns and villages are within easy reach.

Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.
