The Studio is a cosy annexe down a quiet lane near the small village of Harrowby, 3 miles from Grantham in Lincolnshire. The cottage has two first floor bedrooms - one single and one large double room which also works as the cottage's sitting room, with sofas and French doors out to the balcony with views over the countryside. On the ground floor is the shower room and a fitted kitchen with dining area. Outside is off road parking for two cars. From The Studio it is easy to enjoy the old inns of Grantham, many NT properties, stunning gardens and the city of Nottingham.

Off road parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: The owners can provide stabling and grazing for horses by prior arrangement.
Harrowby is a small village in Lincolnshire, a few miles from Grantham. Grantham has a collection of historic buildings including old inns and NT Grantham House.
From rolling countryside to historic cathedral cities and traditional seaside resorts, Lincolnshire offers a peaceful alternative to the discerning holidaymaker.
Wonderfully peaceful location with a fabulous view from the balcony. Friendly and helpful owners.
