This ??upside down' cottage has one double bedroom and one full size bunks on the ground floor, which means the cottage can sleep four people. The cottage also has a family bathroom and on the first floor a open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining and a sitting area. Outside, there is off road parking 50 yards from the cottage and a raised patio area with garden furniture. Hobson's Cottage is in a wonderful area and is perfect for families or couples.

Two ground floor bedrooms (down short flight of steps): 1 x king-size double, 1 x full size bunks - narrow room with limited hanging space. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Comfortable first floor open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with small stove-effect electric fire and bed settee. The living room (first floor) offers pleasant views over open fields to Reeth and the hills beyond. Stone entrance porch with access to the living room.
