Our Dart Marina properties are situated on the edge of the River Dart in Dartmouth, one of the West Country's most sought after locations. Designed by award-winning architects, featuring many high-tech 'extras' and stylishly finished, a short break or longer stay at Dart Marina offers the ultimate in luxury self catering all year round.

Picturesque Dartmouth, with its pretty, narrow streets offering art galleries, tea rooms and individual shops is just a short walk along the embankment and the town is gaining a reputation for its great choice of places to eat, with well known chefs in several restaurants. Just outside the town is an excellent golf course and the stunning unspoilt beaches and coastal paths of Start Bay including the Blue Flag award winning Blackpool Sands are just a 10 minute drive away.

Individually styled, our Dart Marina properties have been very tastefully and creatively finished but vary slightly in terms of decoration, furnishings and layout. The main reception rooms have each been designed to maximise the views across the River Dart and to the woods beyond. The apartments offer a spacious entrance hall and living accommodation, with large bathrooms on the same level.

The townhouse (no 26), formerly the show home, enjoys a private riverside terrace whilst the apartments offer a balcony, a large window seat or fabulous windows from which to enjoy the wonderful views. State-of-the-art contemporary kitchen with Poggenphol units and Smeg appliances making self catering a pleasure, whilst bedrooms and living areas are luxuriously appointed with sumptuous soft furnishings and bathrooms are beautifully presented with towels.

All properties are strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

APARTMENT 10, DART MARINA (2ND FLOOR)

A very spacious, luxury second floor apartment with stunning river views.

ENTRANCE Two flights of stairs or a good-sized lift lead up to the apartment entrance, which opens into a tastefully decorated hallway with side table.

LOUNGE A stylishly elegant lounge with large sofa, two swivel armchairs, coffee table, desk and chair, flatscreen television, DVD player and iPod dock. N.B. The pebble-effect gas fire in the lounge is for decorative purposes only. The lovely picture window offers superb views up and down the River Dart and across to Kingswear.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Stunning, state of the art kitchen, with Poggenphol units, integrated Smeg appliances including a superb five-ring gas range and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and stone worktops. A glass-topped dining table seats four comfortably.

BEDROOMS The master suite has a King size bed, bedside units, built in wardrobes, dressing table with stool, and flatscreen TV/DVD. The beautiful, fully tiled en suite bathroom has a Kaldewei bath, with shower (over), spacious separate shower cubicle, hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light. The second bedroom also has a King-size bed, bedside units, built in wardrobes, dressing table and stool, and flatscreen TV/DVD.

BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a beautifully presented family bathroom (opposite the second bedroom), with Kaldewei bath, shower (over), wash hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light.

PARKING One allocated parking space.

DART MARINA SPA MEMBERSHIP Guests can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxation areas. Please check directly with the Spa for opening times and for restrictions on when children can use the pool. Beauty treatments from Elemis are available, which should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment, with 10% off for those staying in our Dart Marina properties.
