ENTRANCE From French doors into an open plan...
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM With electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Pine dining table and chairs.
SITTING ROOM Large comfortable room with wood burning stove, two double sofas and chair, flatscreen television sky box, Blu-ray player. Doors lead out to the garden.
BEDROOMS Two, both on first floor. Master double bedroom with 4'6"" brass framed bed and wardrobes, and twin room with 3' single beds, wardrobe and storage chest (plus 'z-bed' for a 3rd child by arrangement). Linen is provided. Tenants will need to bring towels and tea towels.
BATHROOM Family bathroom with bath and (new shower over), wash-hand basin and w.c.
OUTSIDE The property has an open garden plus use of the communal areas. Table, chairs, barbeque and tumble dryer available for use.
PARKING For a maximum of two cars.
