LOCATION Raleigh Court is a development of apartments on a Dartmouth side street just yards from the embankment and very close to the town's specialist shops, pubs and restaurants

ENTRANCE/HALLWAY From the ground floor two flights of stairs lead up to the entrance door which in turn leads to a hallway and access to all main rooms.

SITTING ROOM A bright and colourful room with two sofas, coffee table, TV, DVD, VCR, Playstation and CD/MP3 player. A bay window with window seat provides a view of the river.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Two steps lead down from the sitting room into a well equipped kitchen with white gloss units, attractive black worktops, four-ring induction hob with electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, CD/radio and Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area has a white table seating four.

BEDROOMS Two. The main bedroom is spacious with a super-King size double bed (can be split to create two 3 singles), wardrobe, drawers, TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has an oak framed double bed, drawers and wardrobe. N.B. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided.

BATHROOM A fully tiled modern bathroom has a bath, shower (over), hand-held shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.

PARKING *A seasonal parking pass for the long-stay car park is provided (approx. 3 minutes walk away).

OTHER INFORMATION Heating is via electric storage heaters and immersion for hot water. Wireless broadband internet available. Strictly no smoking permitted, one well behaved pet is welcome.
