The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 2 king-size with en-suite shower and WC 1 cosy twin and 1 super king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with en-suite shower and WC. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with TV and Netflix films doors leading to the garden area and open fire available for use November - March. Separate dining room. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric range oven and gas hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer with ice maker. Utility area: with washing machine and tumble dryer providing access to the games area. Games facilities: full size snooker table table football darts and bar area accessed internally from the main house. Outside: enclosed garden area with table tennis and furniture. The utility hall area shows a small obscured internal window for the neighbouring property there is no shared access within the property and privacy is assured.
