With picturesque Crooklets beach within walking distance it provides a great base for a relaxed yet fun escape to the seaside. You will be a short walk from a selection of amenities including a golf course leisure centre and swimming pool tennis courts numerous shops galleries and a selection of beautiful sandy beaches. The South West Coast Path also offers spectacular walking in either direction and the wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve some lovely scenery. With the town being conveniently located just off the A39 this is also a great location for touring and days out could include visits to The Eden Project Clovelly Boscastle Rock Padstow and Bodmin Moor. In the evenings why not try one of the many friendly local pubs or restaurants. Leisure facilities: hot tub. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: both with TV s 1 super-king-size and 1 twin with zip-and-link beds (which can be made into a super-king-size on request at the time of booking). On the ground floor 1 double with door to the garden. Bathroom: with hand-held shower over the bath separate shower and WC. Shower room: on the ground floor with shower WC and washing machine. Lounge/diner: with open fire (first basket of logs included) Sky TV/DVD and bay window seating overlooking the garden. Kitchen/diner: with electric double oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher tumble dryer coffee machine and TV. Outside: large tiered enclosed garden with lawn patio area garden furniture hot tub and Finnish cabin with ample seating and SkyTV. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome (dogs are not permitted upstairs). Additional info: the Finnish Lodge offers superb undercover BBQ facilities but for ease the owners have provided a portable BBQ to use inside or outside of the lodge there is a stream running through the garden please kindly ensure children and pets are accompanied outside.
