The pretty village with thatched cob cottages is less than two miles from the rugged Cornish coastline with many superb walks secluded coves and golden sandy beaches. The popular seaside town of Bude home to the annual Jazz Festival in late August offers a selection of amenities shops galleries pubs restaurants Splashpool and sea pool. Many attractions are within an easy drive including an array of picturesque fishing villages to explore such as Clovelly Padstow Boscastle and Port Isaac cycle trails water sports at Tamar Lakes Crealy Adventure Park The Eden Project The Milky Way Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor . Bathroom: upstairs with electric shower over bath heated towel rail and WC. Separate cloakroom downstairs. Lounge: approached from kitchen via two small steps sofa two reclining easy chairs and window seat TV with Freeview hi-fi DVD video plus large video library available. Dining room: steps down into separate dining area with table and chairs. Kitchen: traditional with slate floors electric cooker microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside: beautiful mature garden meandering down to patio area with BBQ garden furniture and distant sea views. Small children s play garden with sandpit see-saw swing and push along toys. Small artist studio to visit belonging to the owner. Amenities: free parking in village square at cottage entrance. Bed linen towels electric electric heating and Wi-Fi included (accessed within the dining room). Regret no pets or smoking. Location: small community shop and pub 100 yards beach and shops 2 miles lakeside coffee house and bistro within a short drive. Arrival: 3pm.
