This compact open-plan first floor apartment is entered on the ground floor with space for coats and shoes up a flight of stairs you enter into studio living area. Lounge/kitchen/dining/sleeping area: has a large bay window with panoramic views over the harbour to Penzance s Promenade and across Mounts Bay to the sandy beaches of Marazion and St Michael s Mount. Shower room: WC and shower in enclosed cubical access to the WC is through the raised shower basin making full use of this modest space (please refer to photo). There is no cot provided in the property however you are welcome to bring your own travel cot or moses basket for babes in arms.
