Bude s main shopping centre is within easy walking distance and only a few minutes by car. The town and its surrounding countryside is very un-commercialised and offers countless coastal and inland walks and of course is part of the South West s Coastal Footpath. It is also in easy reach of such gems as Clovelly Hartland Widemouth Bay Boscastle Tintagel and Port Isaac. Within an hour s drive you can be in Padstow Newquay or the Eden Project. Not much further away are countless other Cornish landmarks including Lands End as well as Dartmoor and Exmoor. Amenities: designated car-parking space in central area of site. This modern maisonette is situated on the ground floor and first floor in a three storey block of ten apartments. Access to the property is via one of two private entrances the front door has a telephone style release facility to let in any guests. The first floor offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with Juliet balcony TV and en-suite shower room with WC and Karn-Dean tile finish floor and 1 twin that can be made into a double on request with TV. Bathroom: family size with shower over bath large heated towel rail and Karn-Dean tile-finish floor. There is also a storage cupboard and separate cloakroom with WC. Lounge/diner: large situated on the ground floor with Karn-Dean wood-style flooring and double sliding doors with double sofa bed TV DVD and Freeview.
