A five minute stroll across the ancient bridge you are in the town centre which offers a range of shops pubs restaurants pannier market and park. You will be a minute s walk to the Tarka Trail for some of the best riverside walks in the West Country either through rural North Devon countryside or the sand dunes and restaurants at Instow. 2 miles to the long sandy surfing beach at Westward Ho! and also close to a choice of attractions which include The Big Sheep The Milky Way Dartington Crystal Tapeley Park and much more. Or just relax with a BBQ in the garden. Amenities: parking in car park (virtually opposite) or roadside parking a few minutes walk. Bed linen electric and central heating included. 2 dogs welcome. Utility room: outside with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed small patio area and lawn garden accessed by steep steps.
