Enjoy the outstanding views over the rolling countryside from the gardens and house. This south facing garden with large flat lawn is ideal for ball games and racquet sports alike! The large fully equipped farmhouse kitchen is ideal for those preferring to spend time cooking and eating in. The owners live in a separate part of the house where a warm welcome awaits you however privacy is assured. The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: all with their own individual character and style 1 double bedroom and 1 king-size bedroom with wonderful views over the countryside and 2 twin bedrooms all located on the first floor. 1 further double bedroom is situated on the ground floor with a king-size brass bed en-suite shower room and WC. Bathroom: located on the first floor with a deep roll-top bath handheld shower separate shower and WC. 1 further shower room with WC. Downstairs WC. Large staircase with beautiful stained glass window that leads to the ground floor. Lounge: 2 downstairs one with woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV and DVD in each and extra sockets to bring your own PlayStations etc. For rainy days or quiet days choose one of the many DVD s books or board games available for your enjoyment. Kitchen/diner: country style and fully equipped with character Aga (regret this is non-functional) electric range cooker washing machine dishwasher fridge freezer microwave and a large dining table. Outside: south facing private front garden with a second large flat lawn area. Amenities: ample parking is provided behind the house. Bed linen towels and electric included. Central heating included from October - May inclusive. June - September will incur a nominal heating charge paid direct to the owner. Wi-Fi available.
