There is lots to see and do in the area which is famed for its beautiful walks and excellent sandy beaches ideal for surfing or bathing. Well positioned for touring the area with attractions such as Clovelly with its steep cobbled streets and nearby Bude with its beach canal and large variety of shops pubs and restaurants. The Eden Project is also within reach being approximately just over 1 hours drive away. All in all offers peace and quiet yet is close to all major facilities.. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Lounge/diner: spacious with feature fireplace TV/DVD and dining table. Separate sun lounge with views over the patio. Kitchen: with dishwasher washing machine fridge freezer and microwave. Separate downstairs WC. Outside: small garden with pretty patio area seating and BBQ wooden steps lead up to a small decked lookout overlooking surrounding countryside and distant sea views.
