A 10 minute walk will take you to the harbour area. There are a wealth of popular attractions within the area to suit all tastes and these include Watermouth Castle National Trust Arlington Court and Dinosaur Park to name but a few. A 10 minutes drive to the famous surfing beach Woolacombe. Leisure facilities: heated outdoor swimming pool opening on 26 May and closing 22 September. Games room: with pool table and football games. The accommodation is arranged over four floors with entrance door opening into a large hall with sweeping staircase. Offering NINE bedrooms with TVs: 6 with en-suite facilities. On the ground floor off the main entrance hall is 1 double with en-suite shower and WC. On the first floor is 1 double with additional single bed with en-suite shower and WC 1 king-size with additional single bed with en-suite shower over bath and WC 1 double with en-suite shower and WC. On the second floor is 1 double with en-suite bath and WC 1 single 1 double with en-suite bath and WC and connecting door to 1 bunk bedroom (this room has its own entrance door and can be part of a family room or a separate bedroom) and 1 double. Lounge: with TV DVD electric fire and bay window overlooking Ilfracombe and a door to second smaller snug seating area.
