The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: one with views of Exmoor and two with glimpses of the sea 1 king-size with dressing room and en-suite shower and WC another king-size and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: with hand-held shower attachment over bath and WC. Downstairs cloakroom and WC. Lounge: with TV electric fire and french doors. Cosy second living room. Kitchen/diner: with gas hob electric oven microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: french doors open from the kitchen/diner onto a private enclosed sun-trap courtyard that offers outside seating but is not suitable for ball games.
